Healthy Food Haul from Nova Wellness Store

One of the ways I stop my cravings for my favorite unhealthy food is to keep finding healthier alternatives for them that I also love. I like to replace potato chips with kale chips, cows milk with almond milk, and sugary cakes with a mixture of dried fruits, seeds, honey, nut bars, and organic jams that have no refined sugar in them… You guys can find these at Nova Wellness Store in Shangri-La Plaza Mall and One Uptown Residence BGC. My top three favorite brands and products from this haul would have to be: (1) Buko Life origanic chocolate coconut spread it taste so good and it doesn’t have refined sugar in it which makes it healthier than the other sugar filled jams in the market. (2) Take Root kale chips in cheezy vegan and sour kreme and chives flavor. I prefer the cheezy vegan flavor a bit more, but the kreme and chives is also amazing. It’s a good alternative for lays potato chips sour cream flavor. (3) Honey Life Manuka Honey, I usually eat this by itself on a spoon. It has a lot of health benefits and other medicinal uses.
