Belo Strawberry Collagen Smoothie Review and Recipe
Years ago my doctor told me to take collagen supplements for my ligaments and joints. Here’s a simple recipe of how I take Belo’s collagen powder. It’s quick and easy to do. You just need to slice 1 or 1 1/2 frozen bananas, 200ml of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, one sachet of Belo Collagen Strawberry Smoothie, and a teaspoon of honey (optional if you like your drink sweeter). Mix them together in a blender and it’s good to go! I like to put the chia seeds last after using the blender ‘cos it’s easier to clean afterwards.
I take smoothies very often in the morning in different flavors but I’ve never taken them with a flavored collagen powder before. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. It reminds me of a strawberry shortcake. You can take one to two sachets of Belo Collagen Strawberry Smoothie per day. I already regularly take collagen, my skin usually appears dull if I skip taking it for a few days. I’m happy to see that my skin maintained its youthful glow since I started using Belo’s new strawberry flavored collagen.
