5 New Brands To Try at Beauty Bar
About a week ago I attended my first ever beauty event in a long while since I got injured and was unable to walk. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Excited, cos Beauty Bar is my favorite go-to place whenever I want to discover new hidden gems in the skincare or makeup market. And nervous, cos I was so afraid I’d trip and hurt my still-a-bit-injured-but-healing ankle! And even though I was happily distracted by the colorful little Fancy Handy starfish serum at the event, I’m so glad I didn’t trip at all.
Let me show you five brands you can now visit and try at Beauty Bar. I did a mini interview and asked each team what their bestselling product is so I could give you a guideline on what item to try out first when you visit the store. I listed them down below!

Lily Lolo is a British natural makeup brand founded back in 2005. They wanted to promote the clean beauty movement with healthy, high quality cosmetics without compromise, so they made a makeup range that is not tested on animals, no parabens, perfumes, synthetics fillers or dyes. Sounds very fitting for those of you with sensitive skin type. Their bestselling product is the Lily Lolo mineral foundation powders, which are matte and can be used for “baking” and setting up your makeup.

I think Patchology is going to be popular among Filipino beauty enthusiasts ‘cos of their bestselling Flash Patch Hydrating Gel masks (Price P895.50 for set in a box). We love beauty masks for our “me time”. Patchology’s goal was to create quick fix products that are easy to use when you’re in a hurry and also when you’re travelling. Other skincare items that caught my interest other than the masks are their pimple patch and makeup remover wipes in cute pastel packages.

I love how this brand is very straight to the point and easy to get familiarized with when it comes to their packaging. Each potent product is labeled with their single super ingredient and formulation of choice. And the best Instagramable Beauty Bar skincare award goes to Fancy Handy. Just look at this cute rosegold pot and the blue starfish (in my intro photo). And these are just a few of their cute skincare products. They have some in pineapple, banana, and tomato jars… Their bestselling product is the Fancy Handy Moisturizing sticks (Price P525), which is a very refreshing way to apply your moisturizer, you’ll never be too tired or lazy to moisturize your face!

Feel Sexy AF” in your own skin
Last but definitely not the least is Body On Demand. You’re really going to feel sexy AF after using one of their bestsellers, the 20 Minute Charcoal Bath Salts (Price P795) , ‘cos this gem has the ability to make you loss your water weight after your me time in the bath tub! I forgot if it was 5lbs or maybe a little less but either way it’s going to be helpful when you have an event to go to and want to enhance your look for your dress. I can’t wait to try this product and see how it works.
