You guys, I found the perfect millennial pink backpack. As soon as I saw this bag at the store I knew a lot of you were going to love its trendy look and color. It’s from Rootote, which is a brand from Japan known for their functional, stylish bags with their patented kangaroo-like“roo-pockets”. They just launched their first store at The Block SM North Edsa which was a bit far from my place but the travel was totally worth it cos this bag is so darn cute!

Their bags come in a lot of other colors (maroon, blue…) and prints (camo style), but those that stood out for me the most are the pastel ones. Whoever designed these pastel pink, purple, and even their soft gray and white bags did such a great job. The bags simply look cute paired with pompom balls and other furry animal bag charms to get that “kawaii” look. I love how this specific Rootote pink bag that I got is sturdy and that its the type of bag where you can just chuck in a lot of your stuff inside and the bag will still look great overpacked. It’s perfect for traveling, outdoor activities, or even as a school or gym bag.
