THE CUTEST BEAUTY BOX FROM ALTHEA
ALTHEA WANDERLUST
BEAUTY BOX
Althea beauty boxes are monthly, specially curated themed gift sets
full of new and already-loved makeup from Althea.
As soon as I shared this Wanderlust Beauty Box on InstaStories lots of you raved at how cute Peri Pera Mini-Mini Peppy’s Luggage is, and how your kids or nieces insist you buy it asap so they can play with it. Haha! I totally get it! The kid in me would’ve enjoyed decorating the luggage with the stickers Althea so generously included, and then use it as my Barbie’s travel bag. As a grown up I‘d be as happy bringing its ultimate-space-saver travel minis, with me.
The luggage had five of Peri Pera’s bestselling makeup inside which I can honestly tell you were all nicely pigmented, especially the concealer that was a bit too light for me but i could easily tell it had good coverage and quality. And their lip products were just so darn pretty when worn.
Aside from this set, the Wanderlust box has some more full sized makeup from other brands like the COC’s Momo Waterproof Gel Eyeliner. One smooth glide on the lids gives off a super pigmented jet black line. The Aqutop Water Colour Blusher Soft Pink, (I initially thought was a nail polish lol!) was surprisingly easy-to-use and blends in nicely with my skintone. Hey Nature’s Dual Eye Shadow was long lasting as well as the lengthening Etude House’s Dr. Mascara Fixer mascara it came with.

TOP 3 PICKS
FROM THE BOX
One of the many reasons why I love beauty boxes is I get to discover treasures of new products. My top 3 discoveries from this box are; Peri Pera Ink The Airy Velvet in 05 Elf Light Rose, this lippie can make the lips look kissable in an instant. It’s a beautiful a-bit-sheer-but-still-pigmented medium pink shade with an airy texture that makes the lips look plush and pillow soft. I was pleasantly surprised at how long lasting the Hey Nature’s Dual Eye Shadow are. I mostly use its brightening champagne gold shade as a highlighter on my tear duct area. It stays put longer than my other eyeshadows.
The nail-polish-looking Aqutop Water Colour Blusher in Soft Pink is an eye candy on the bottle as well as on the cheeks. I was initially concerned at how light and pink it was. I thought it could only look good on super light skin tones (I have fair to light skin tone), but the liquid blush blends nicely, like a barely there blush on my skin. I also love how it dries demi-matte giving my cheeks a natural-fresh-glow effect.
