SLEEK MATTE ME LIP CREAMS NEWEST SUMMER SHADES — POOL PARTY LAUNCH
SLEEK
POOL PARTY
The Palace Pool Club
Sleek Makeup PH recently had a pool party at The Palace Pool Club in BGC to launch their new Matte Me Lip Creams Summer Collection — Apricot Blooms, Crushed Lavender, and French Fancy. And can I just say guys that the venue and how Team Sleek made the place Instagram-worthy was just IMBA (meaning — imbalanced, its a gaming term for exceptionally skilled people. I used to play World of Warcraft lol!). I wish we could all travel back in time and be there for photo ops. Everything was so cute and I had fun catching up with fellow bloggers and meeting new ones too. Anyway, let me now jump into the sweet shades of Sleek’s Summer Matte Me Lip Creams.

SHADES

Price P450
The quality of the lip crams are all pretty much are like the other Matte Me lippies. They’re pigmented and they last long. Darker shades more intense and last longer than lighter ones. The color selection is fun and festival-like. Definitely something that you wouldn’t wear on a regular basis (unless of course you would cos thats just your personality, in that case you go glenn coco!), but more of something you’d wear on a vibrant summer party like this one or for a certain creative makeup look. Kudos to sleek for always coming up with colorful and versatile makeup with cute names!
Apricot Blooms — is a cute pastel melon shade that will look beautiful on tan skin tone. Crushed Lavender — is an ice cream pastel purple that’ll look great with a galaxy themed makeup just like the one i did here, i feel like this would also look best on those of you with lighter skin tone. And lastly French Fancy — is a bright pretty pink that is more wearable and flexible compared to the other two shades I mentioned. They’re only P450 and are now available at your leading Sleek counters.
What do you think of the new shades?
Which shade would you wear on a festival party?

French Fancy is gorgeoooous!!!!! I want it really badly!!!
Aww, these shades look cute but I’d have loved to see lip swatches of these! I find it hard to pull off pastels (I’m light-skinned with warm undertones), but then again, I’ve noticed that some liquid lipsticks look a bit darker on the lips than they do in the tube. At least that’s what I seem to get with my Sleek Matte Me in Velvet Slipper! Did these shades look similar on the lips to how they look in the tube? :)
