The Cream Factory : Goat’s Milk Bath Creams
It’s been a rough week for me so far. I’m stressed more than usual and my emotions are out of control. How do you girls deal with bad days like these? I found myself grabbing for things that could take any burden off my shoulders – things like… french fries and chocolate. When I’m done trying to eat my stress away, which by the way does not work all the time, I treat myself to a nice relaxing shower. And ladies, these are the bath creams I’ve been using lately.
They are both from The Cream Factory, I got my first bottle in Goat’s Milk & Avocado last November, and the second bottle in Goat’s Milk & Witch Hazel just recently from the Sample Room – a website that helps you try out different products before you purchase them.
TAKE IT FROM CLEOPATRA
You can tell right away from its fresh white bottle that its main ingredient has got to be Goat’s Milk. Immediately, I get reminded of Queen Cleopatra. She soaked and bathed in milk to keep her skin beautiful and young. Such a little diva. That must have felt pretty amazing though. I don’t think I’ll ever have the chance to soak in milk anytime soon but using these milk bath creams, I believe, should feel pretty close to it.
First of all, the scent of both flavors are soo fresh. Goat’s Milk & Avocado, smells like you’re bathing in a palace with a tray of fresh avocados right beside your golden tub, it’s my favorite. And Goat’s Milk & Witch Hazel, smells like… Nutella! Okay I’m kidding, I actually didn’t know that such plant existed until now. It doesn’t smell like hazelnut chocolate but it smells wonderful, it reminds me of those luxurious little soaps you find in nice hotels.
I honestly did not detect a distinct difference between the two, other than their lovely scents. But I can tell you this, they both feel super-duper-creamy, comfortable, moisturizing, and luxurious on your skin. Which is just what a girl needs when she wants a dose of stress relief. I don’t have anything bad to say about their bath creams, at least for these two flavors I have. I didn’t have any allergic reactions from it and my skin didn’t feel dry or sticky at all.
Will I repurchase this and do I recommend you try it? Yup, although I must say it is not something that I use everyday cause I rotate using different products, and I usually prefer those that has little scrubs in it for mild exfoliation. But this is absolutely the cream I reach for whenever I feel like my skin is in drought or if I want a quick-pamper-yourself trip in the shower.
This year, I’d like to try their other bath creams, specifically cinnamon, honey, and seaweed – curious, how can seaweed smell good? I’m also quite excited to test out their other products – SCRUB-in-a-TUB and Better Body Batter. I went to Beauty Bar yesterday to check on these but I didn’t find them, so I’m assuming they aren’t released yet.
These bath creams are available in bigger bottles (768 ml) for the price of PHP699.00, and a bundled pack of 3 regular sized bottles (221 ml) of different flavors for PHP799.00.

Not a big fan of using body wash or body creams cause I still like my good ol' soap, hehe but this looks pretty interesting. And cute too! :)

Usually I have two choices on bad days.. one is to go down for a run around my neighbourhood (really, really makes me forget about all the bad things when I just focus on my breathing, haha!) OR just sleep everything away! Haha :)
Anyway, these bath creams seem so interesting! I'm really curious about how good they feel. By the way you describe them, must be really good! Although I also prefer shower gels that have those bead-like thingies for exfoliation. But, do tell us when you try the other bath creams! Now I'm really interested to try other types of shower products, hehe! <3
These sound like they would definitely help to de-stress. I haven't tried any bath creams, but they do sound interesting.

Goat milk! Hmmm, it's quite interesting. I think I'd love the cinnamon and honey. Hehe. I only use the bath creams available in our bathroom though. LOL
These seem so cool! *A* When I was young, my mom actually bathed me in milk every now and then because we owned a lot of cows. I had severe cases of dry skin and the hard water that ran through the pipes just didn't do my cracking skin justice. :< I need to get a bottle of this. <3 It'll be sure to remind me of my childhood!
Thank you for the review!

I never heard of this brand but I really need to search for it!
Baths are sacred to me. It's when I get to relax and clean out all the bad energies and stresses of the day.
I also know bad we can act when things don't go like we want to. (I should probably start to make or get healthier choices for stress snacks T__T )
Thank you very much for the awesome review :3 Take Care*
aww shayne, i hope you've gone tru the stress period…everything would be solve after divulging a cup of fries ^_~ The packaging of cream factory look so classic and nice, loving it =)
Aww, I hope things get less stressful for you. A nice bath or shower is certainly a good way to relax… I'm also an advocate of watching fun movies or reading a funny book to unwind. :)
Stay strong Shayne! You can do it!
Love these bath creams as well. I am definitely going to rebuy this as this is a great stress buster!
I think you've got it right – rough days calls for bath time. Never heard of the Cream Factory before but I'm a fan of all natural ingredients so this is definitely something I will try!
Hope you're feeling better! Thanks for writing a great review! :]

I tend to enjoy taking a nice bath with bubbles when stressed. I also eat chocolate!
Nice review! I don't think I'm a fan of avocado scents. O_o
Im curious on how to use this bath cream. I assume, you rinse it after? And the feeling, does it feels like dove soap after rinsing? Mejo madulas ba?
Awww I hope you have a better day Shayne, when I'm stressed I like to go to the mall and just window shop and walk around, it calms me down a lot. But yeah you make these creams sound amazing, I need to find out if they sell them in the US. I miss how they had some great beauty products in the Philippines, I might need to ask my aunt to send me some stuff when she visits! :)

Payout know what, brides in India ( especially the posh Hindu ones) before their wedding they get pampered in milk and rose bath to make them look fair on the wedding day. They also apply turmeric that makes the skin glow.
But this definitely comes close to having a milk bath rather than saving that for tea and coffee. I'm loving the names as well: Scrub in a Tub, the name cannot get better than that :D
This looks the perfect recipe to release all the stress. I really hope you are feeling better. Please please please if you need to speak about anything please you know how to reach me. If I could be if any help, please let me know. I will keep you in my prayers. Take care babez <3
Haven't exactly used mine but I think I have it in Avocado and it smells REALLY nice! :D I'm lining it up after I finish my current bar soap (not really reviewing it, but I'd rather finish up stuff rather than opening up a bunch of samples.)
I'm looking for a no-foam cream-type body wash. The weather is drying me out! I haven't experienced this before. I just recently bought j&j baby milk bath, if I finish that and my skin still isn't better, I might just buy this. Pero it's quite expensive ha.
im not very sure which countries they are available in :S ill try to research more on this and update you :)
thanks rachel! :)
ooo i only know a few girls who prefers soap over body creams! :) i used to be a die hard shower gel girl but lush changed my mind, now i like both soap and creams :)
thank you jackie! :)
sometimes i really wish i was oprah for a moment so i could send these really great products to you girls, im not sure if these are available in your country :( btw because i got totally convicted by your recent post im seriously considering taking yoga lessons soon ^^
ive only tried a few myself, usually i go for gels :) but i find that creams are more moisturizing and like you said de-stressing , hope you can try this too! :)
thanks for reading laura! :)
hahaha! ^^ idk why but i wasnt surprised to see you pick cinnamon and honey over the other flavors, i guess im starting to get to know you more! :)
whaaat i envy you! i think this could be one of the reasons why your skin looks super duper flawless on your blog pics! im doing this to my future kid :)
ive got to make that change too, eating unhealthy snacks can make me feel a little bit better for awhile – but can also contribute to weight gain! ^^
hahaha amen to that! :) thank you sis! <3
thanks rebecca! :) thats actually a nice combo a nice bath plus a good movie, wish i had a tub with a tv nearby :P
thank you sis! :)
thank you deborah <3 so nice to hear from you!
oooo how about the taste? avocado with milk and sugar? :)
yup sis you rinse after you massage it on your skin, parang with shower gels :) i havent tried dove soap but my skin felt soft and smooth right after shower. wala namang greasy dulas feeling :D
ooo i havent tried acai berry but from what ive read online, those who got that flavor really like its scent :)
yuz! hope you can visit PH too and maybe we could meet in the future and hang out! ^^ im not sure if they are available in the US gonna check on this. and thank you nina for your concern i appreciate it :)
you and me both sis! <3
sana natry mo from sample room sis you only have to pay for the shipping :) sometimes they restock samples :)
aw thank you naaj! i really appreciate this more than anything, and will do :) my new word of the day would have to be turmeric, i had to google this word haha. i didnt know it had glowing properties on the skin! okay nevermind my boyfriend just corrected me, i thought turmeric was same as ginger :P
we got the same flavor! from BDJ box? :) ay im guilty of that hehe, atm i have around 5 gels/creams open and 1 soap. i got most of them during christmas and decided to just try them all asap like a bath crazy person :D
i agree, mejo nagulat din ako with the price wasnt expecting that, but if you do the math 799 / 3 = 266ish (used a calculator for this lol) almost pwede na to share with family members or friends, and its good naman :) btw i used JnJ baby milk bath before, its nice too, i only stopped using it cause i had an allergic reaction after awhile.
A relaxing shower is always a good option and i have to admit I resort to the chocolate as well… and them get pimples and allergy, but sometimes, you just can't help it! Hope the week gets better.
Those two seem really nice. I'm using a portuguese soap with goatmilk as well and it's really good, leaves my skin so soft and smells so nice.

This is a special product but i would buy it for real :) good review
When I'm having bad days, I go on tumblr for a bit, or I'll watch a movie/tv shows. Helps take my mind off 'reality' for a bit…which explains why I watch so much tv. ._. (ANYWAYS, I hope you're having better days now! :( If not, there's always next week to make a fresh start!)
I don't know why, but I had a giggle fit when I saw “creams” in the title. It's a funny word, especially paired with 'bath' (it's a weird concept). The with hazel one sounds heavenly, ngl, and YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WITCH HAZEL WAS? Shocking.

Hi dear! I hope you're feeling better now. ^^, Anyways, I'll definitely give these bath creams a try. :D
I'm a sucker for good smelling body cream washes. I saw the 799 bundle pack at Rustan's grocery, I want to give this a try, but I will have to finish other body wash/ shower gels that I received as gifts last Christmas. hehe. Random Beauty by Hollie
Hahaha it's ok, I forgive you. By the way, I meant: you know what. I have no idea where that payout word came from. My iPad is really crap, like to interfere with everything :D
I hope you are feeling better but please anything you would like to discuss just give a shout. Take care darl
wow, I didn't know that about goat's milk.. I'm really not a fan of it.. so I find it slightly unappealing.. but your review has made me somewhat curious about it.. so I'll definitely do more research haha. and Oh, Cleopatra. That diva :P
These products look so luxurious! To relieve stress I usually go shopping, it works wonder ;)
christelpaola.blogspot.com
you and me both – i defer to food when i'm stressed. now, i'm channeling the stress to working out. hope the day has been better for you! (and i would love to try those products! love your comment about cleopatra, such a diva, huh?) :)
Really want to give this a go.
http://itsaleyna.blogspot.co.uk/
been wanting to try this for a while since I'm a sucker for bath products especially body creams/washes. Will give this a try soon, hopefully they sell these in singles too. I've only seen the 799 bundle at Rustan's grocery.
I saw this in rob dept store but I'm not sure which one to pick! haha definitely will be trying one next time! :) maybe i'll try goat's milk with witch hazel, just cos it has my name on it. HAHA :P
^uh just like Rae, lately my skin have gone dry on me, too much dry brushing? colder weather? old age? haha, I have been using Dove soap lately and putting on lotion like crazy. This one is quite promising, and yeah a bit expensive.
I can't wait to try these out! Taking a long soak is my go-to for overcoming a funk. Read about your blog over on Hazel's blog. Looking forward to following along via bloglovin and your new posts! Happy Blogging!
xoxo,
Amanda
thank you naaj! ^^
thank you xana! wow you changed your name here, i didnt know xana was short for alexandra! pretty name :)
thank you nikita! :)
such a dirty little mind you have!! :) im kidding! im very simple minded when it comes with food – Nutella hazelnut comes from the hazelnut tree. i thought TCF was only trying to make their bath creams sounds more bad ass so they called it WITCH hazel bahaha :D
thanks ciena!! :)
ako din i received many bath gels & lotions this Christmas ^^ but unlike you im unreasonable so i opened them all together and now theres more pressure to use them all up asap hehe :)
ikr! :3 i read that she even add some other oils and vanilla to her milk bath as well :)
ah yes!! :)
hehe thank you sis! i appreciate it :)
thanks aleyna! :)
sis is saw from some of their pics that they have it in singles but in a bigger bottle, i wish nga they would sell the little ones separately :)
